Apple in the Netherlands informed the press that the iPad will not be launched in the BeNeLux area for now. In fact, operators might come first with the Wi-Fi 3G models of the iPad.
With a little bit of luck, Dutch, Belgian and Luxemburg consumers will be able to enjoy the iPad by Christmas unless they choose grey import. Grey import would be a very valid option since the area is surrounded by England, Germany and France. Those countries are confirmed to get the iPad in April.
