According to MocoNews, Mandalay owned Twistbox has set the first step
to try and acquire a company called AMV Holding. This name might sound
unknown, but the company ownes several portals.
The best known ones are without doubt GameZone and Bling. AMV Holding was founded back in 2004 and already got a serious footprint in the market.
