Since March 2009, GameSpy has been offering multiplayer services on the iPhone. Though GameSpy is huge on PC and Console platforms, it didn’t enjoy the same popularity platforms like Crystal and Plus+ did.
In the hope to win more marketshare in the app store, the company now announced to switch to a fully customizable UI. Fully customizable UI’s have already been offered by companies like Scoreloop and seem to be very important for studios that want total control over the user experience.
