Motorola Droid Overtakes iPhone Sales

March 16th, 2010 by Arjan Olsder Posted in Platforms: AndroidOS, Platforms: iOS, Smartphones & Tablets | No Comments »

Flurry Though the iPhone peeked much higher when it went on sale, it seems the Motorola Droid has overtaken the total sales on day 74 according to statistics from Flurry. The Nexus One doesn’t even come close.

According to Flurry’s stats, there are 1.05 million Droids on the market today compared to 1 million iPhones and 135K Nexus One’s. The Nexus One was expected to sell well but got a lot of negative PR due to problems with the device.
