It took a bit of time, but we finally got our hands on an official English statement in regards to the acquisition of Arvato Mobile by Dubai based Mondia Ltd. According to Arvato, the first notices and press releases went out on December 24th.
According to the statement, Mondia Ltd is a big, global telecoms investor and a long time partner of Bertelsmann and the most important client of Arvato over the past two years. In that sense, both companies have agreed that Arvato Mobile will keep it's brand.
