Rockpool Closes Down

Next to offloading staff over 2008, due to restructuring, the company has now also chosen to shutdown Rockpool Games. A mobile games studio which was acquired about three years ago.

The closure of the studio is the direct result of further cost reductions that Eidos/SCI has to go through this year in order to survive. The result of this move is that 14 employees will have to start looking for a new job.
