Apple has started to sell iPhones in the US without the obligation to enter into a new contract with operator AT&T. The iPhones will however be simlocked to the AT&T network.
The phones are being sold in all Apple and AT&T stores in the US and consumers will no longer have to identify themselves upon purchase. Sales are however limited to one iPhone per client, per day. The 8GB model retails at $499, 16GB at $599 and 32GB at $699.
Congratulations
