A few weeks back we reported that a lot of rumors where flying around that Disney was going to stop its efforts in the mobile games market. During the GDC, we received an update from the company about those rumours.
Though they didn't want to comment on any possible staff leaving in Munich, they did confirm that they are re-aligning their product portfolio. Disney will remain dedicated to releasing mobile games, so there will be a lot more magic to come.
So there was smoke, but no fire. We admit, we where wrong on this one…
