Microsoft has announced their long awaited competitor for the iPod Touch; the ZuneHD. The device will be fully connected with the XBLA experience, but will it game?
Microsoft announced that the ZuneHD will fully integrate in the Xbox Live environment. Though the announcement says that it will only be the video services for now, it is to be expected that Microsoft might want to hook the device up with their Windows 7 Marketplace as well.
Even if Microsoft does decide not to allow additional software on the device, there is no reason to think games are out of the question. The device will have a full Internet browser. Depending on Flash and Java support, it will at least make turn based browser games a possibility.
So to conclude this story, the ZuneHD will game, but how?
Congratulations
