Rumors say AT&T is feeling the competition from Verizon’s droid handset. To counter the competition, Apple and AT&T would be launching a brand new edition of the iPhone 3Gs for this holiday season.
The new iPhone 3Gs is an 8GB model that will be replacing the cheap iPhone 3G 8GB which is retailing at $99 with subscription.
