iPhone OS 4.0 will be available to the iPad this fall while the iPhone will have it along the summer already. iPhone 3G and iPod Touch 2G and below will not have multitasking.
The developer preview will be available from today on. Every developer account can add up to 100 devices so if you aren’t a developer, ask one. Steve also confirms he will not bend over for Adobe or Sun. The developer version is online.
