Apple takes on all social gaming networks by releasing their own. With 50.700 games on the iPhone, Apple outruns the Nintendo DS and Sony PSP by far and recons it is time to take this business in their own hands.
There are not many details yet, but it is likely these features will be in sync with iTunes. In such a case, existing networks like OpenFeint, Plus+ and Crystal will have a very hard time to compete with Apple.
