While we have played with the 3DS in a couple of occasions, Nintendo never told anything about the hardware itself. In fact, they kept telling the journalists nothing was final. Now, some details seem to have leaked.
The 3DS is expected to come with 2 CPU’s at 266Mhz (ARM11). It will also pack a 133Mhz GPU with 4MB dedicated VRAM and 64MB RAM. In total there will be 1.5GB in flash storage.
